Application Fee:

For Paper 1 only:

• General Male: ₹1000/-
• EWS / OBC NCL Male: ₹900/-
• General / OBC / EWS (Female): ₹800/-
• SC / ST (Male): ₹500/-
• SC / ST (Female): ₹500/–

For both Paper 1 and Paper 2:

• General / OBC / EWS (Male): ₹2000/-
• General / OBC / EWS (Female): ₹1600/-
• SC / ST (Male): ₹1000/-
• SC / ST (Female): ₹1000/-

Payment Method: The examination fee can be paid through debit card, credit card, net banking, or e-challan.

Age Limit for NTA JEE Main Examination 2026: Session-II

There is no age limit for the NTA JEE Main Session I in January 2026. Candidates who have passed the 10+2 intermediate examination in 2024, 2025, or are appearing for the examination in 2026 are eligible.

• Candidates must have passed or be appearing for the 10+2 (Intermediate) examination in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) stream from any recognized board in India.

NTA IIT JEE MAIN Phase II (April 2026): Examination Instructions

• Read the complete information brochure before applying online.
• Photo Instructions: The photograph should be in color or black and white, showing the face (without a mask) and ears clearly visible (80% of the face) against a white background.
• Aadhar card is mandatory for all sessions of the JEE MAIN Session II April 2026 application.
• Documents to be scanned: Candidate’s passport-size photograph, signature, and father’s/guardian’s signature.
