• Each applicant must register with a unique email ID and a unique mobile number, which cannot be changed during the exam process.
• Applicants can complete their registration using Aadhaar, DigiLocker, driving license, PAN, or passport.
• Only the details provided in the Matriculation/High School certificate will be considered valid for OTR.
• During the registration process, the applicant’s name, gender, and date of birth must exactly match the details provided in the Matriculation/High School certificate.
• If the Matriculation/High School details are not available in DigiLocker, applicants can enter their own information.
