Physical Eligibility for Indian Agniveer SSR/MR INET Recruitment 2026:
- Navy Agniveer Height: 157 cm for men and 152 cm for women
- Navy Agniveer Running: 1.6 km. Complete in 6:30 minutes for men and 8 minutes for women
- Navy Agniveer Squat Ups: 20 repetitions for men and 15 minutes for women
- Navy Agniveer Push Ups: 15 repetitions for men and 10 repetitions for women
- Navy Agniveer Bent Knee Sit-Ups: 15 repetitions for men and 10 repetitions for women
